CuckoosNest Sound Lab
20' x 12' Amish-built shed into small studio with the purpose of faithfully recording acoustic drums, percussion, and other instruments. The Sound Lab's been operational since 2023. All of the releases and much of Rogue Johnsen Project HOME was completed there.

Education
Licensed to teach Music in the state of Virginia and currently teaching individuals and small groups in workshops.
*From 13 February to the 21st, Rogue Johnsen will be the "Artist in Residence" for 2nd Thursdays and the Inn Upon Moon River Blues Bed and Breakfast in Chester South Carolina.

Rogue Johnsen Project plays a diverse blend of original blues, groove-jazz, and American roots music. Dedicated to continuing the traditions of Blues and Roots music and it's early offshoots, and to recording and performing new music that passes on the spirit of those traditions,
Rogue Johnsen Project
Evolving from The Rogue Johnsen Trio, the Project began with the purpose of writing, recording and performing Old-School Original Roots, Blues and Southern Soul.
The critically acclaimed, all-original, instrumental 20/20 (w/ Mike Dutton on guitar and Joe Wells on drums) In 2023, HOME was released, featuring guitarist Mark Saurs and drummer Lance Foster. Both recordings received national and international airplay.
